Information on the swedish Data Protection Authority (PUL)

General Information

The Swedish Data Protection Authority (Personuppgiftslagen, PuL) is intended to protect individuals from having their personal integrity violated through the processing of personal data. As part of this law, persons who are the subject of the personal information processed should be informed about any actions taken.
According to PUL, personal information refers to any information that directly or indirectly is related to a physical person that is living. This includes, for example, the name and address and social security number (peronnummer) provided to Lannebo Fonder when becoming a customer and opening a fund savings account, or when making changes to your fund savings. When appropriate, we process details of representatives of fund investors such as guardians, trustees or proxies.

Processing of personal data

Lannebo Fonder processes both the personal information that you have provided and such information that may be obtained from other sources.

Personal data is typically collected from persons who are a customer, or who are interested in becoming a customer. Information can also be obtained from other sources, for example, for file maintenance.

The processing of personal data allows Lannebo Fonder to be able to provide and execute fund management and other services. It also allows Lannebo Fonder to be able to take the actions requested by you before or after the contract in order for service to be  concluded, for administrative purposes and for Lannebo Fonder to be able to fulfill its legal obligations. This means that the processing of personal data should be carried out in order for Lannebo Fonder to be able to provide information on, for example, changes in fund rules, and to include a record of questions and complaints. In some cases, Lannebo Fonder may also be required by law to provide information to entities such as the FSA and tax authorities. Personal data may be processed for marketing purposes and to support, among others, market- and customer analysis, business- and methodology development, as well as risk management and statistics within Lannebo Fonder.
